theja cing and what the victim is saying. justin, >> reporter: eun, good morning. we're not identifying her. but she says she knew she had to do something. that she has aaughter makiyah's age. once she recognized her car, she had to call police. she knows other people have information to solve the murder. e wants them to come forward as well. she's been seeing the video f weeks, the four men pulling up in that car and openinger fire makiyah lived and also died. she recognized her car that was stolenks earlier in a carjacking. kevin eugene jones is now in jail and charged with carjacking and assault. that woman says that she was pistol whippedutde her home before her car was stolen back in july. almost two weeks later, 10-year-old makiyah was shot and killed. that woman told our nbc jackie bensen that shee called polic after recognizing her stolen car
