cases received more attention. jackie bensen spoke to a relative and she joins us now live. >> reporter: jim, that is a very tough question to answer because we don't know a lot about the circumstances of these women's deaths. we do know that before in the years befe her death in 2012, the mother of verdell jefferson, one of the victims, used to walk the streets around wayne place at night looking for her daughter. >> it's hard when you can't, you know, wheno one hears your voice basically. i don't think that the family was really her. see her face but there's a tear running down the cheek of a woman so frightened by the circumstances of the three 12-year-old murders on wayne place southeast she asked we identify her only as a female relative of verdell jefferson. she remembers there was not muca

activity aft missing persons report was filed in 2006. >> i think they just filed a missing report and that was it. >> reporter: verdell jefferson lived on wayne place. jewel king and doorny bus lived nearby, all reported missing in 2006. yet, their disappeara es went mostly unremarked upon outside of their own families. >> look at thesefaces. the are people say their names. look into their eyes. >> reporter: derica who founded the black and missing foundation in 2008 dedicates herself to helping familiesfissing persons of color. she worries that jefferson, king and buttsot may n be the only victims of the person who heir red them and hid bodies in the 100 block of wayne place southeast. >> somebody knows something. we need themak to s you. . these families deserve answers. >> reporter: there is a potential $75,000 rard for information leading to an arrest

there's a triple threat at georgetown university. identical triplette brothers h taken every step together. now, they're going for another degree at georgetown. a masters in economics at the er unty. the osborne triplets nicholas, zachary and benjamin don't just dress like. they appeao think alike, as well. although they spend a lot of time together, they tell us their bond is something they would ner trade. >> it's a very interesting experience. >> even though we're in a crowd, we stand out.
