nbc news has reached out to the state department spokes person. we wi, of course, update you as soon as we learn more. angie? >> chris, thank you. >> we have new details to tell u about regarding that deadly plane crash in carroll county, ryland. the ntsb learned the ultra light plane crashed shortly after takeoff at around 11:00 saturday morning. the pilot and another man o boardied. the ntsb does not know why the plane crashed at this point. a preliminary report is expected over the next few weeks. right n d.c. police are trying to find a person who shot and killed a man over the weekend. this is video from the scene of the shooting. police say it happened on southern avenue in southeasterly yesterday morning. the victim is identified as keith douglas. he died at the hospital. police tell news 4 this was the district'som99th side this year. a 15-year-old boy is recovering from a gunshot wound this morning. the teenage boy was shot yesterday afternoon at 4th and pond street in northeast.
