soy bean field around 11:00 in the morning saturday. the pilot and another man on board died. the ntsb does not know why the planecrashed. a preliminary report is expected in the next few weeks. d.c. police looking to find the person who shot and killed a man on southern avenue southeasterly yesterdayrn mog. the victim is identified as keith douglas. he died at the hospital. police say this was th i99th homici the district this year. a 15-year-old is recovering from a gunshot wound morning. the teenage boy was shot ked avenue at 45th and pond street near kenilworth avenue. no word on a potential suspect or motive. university of maryland's football ssson starts in l than two weeks. the school hopes a special meeting this past weekendd addresoncerns about the program. on saturday the athletic staff, current players, parents and the university's president wallace lobe gathered at the field.

dirt bikes take you over a city street. so many cameras captured this scene over the weekend, from georgetown to logan circle, all the way into arlington, satv and dirt bikes were speeding, popping wheelies, weaving through traffic. one atv crashednto a light pole in northeast d.c. police were able to i'm bound that one. that's the only action they were a able to take so farsecause ther no-chase policy in d.c. it did stop many motorists and pedestrians right in tracks. >> we actually ran into them twice tonight. ce was on another major artery, and theyit defy caused disruption in the local traffic. i was scared for some of the other drivers. if i was in that traffic, i
