grave and her boyfriend charged with that killing. unusualtzgerald has the request that prosecutors made in court today. >>aura wallen was a beloved high schoolteacher and was expecting her fir b child, nearly a year ago on september 2nd she went missing. wallen's body was found days later in a field in damascus. prosecutors quickly learned she had been murdered. we wched as her boyfriend, tyler tessier, stoodt n to her parents pleading for her return. charged with was her murder. now in less than two weeks this case will go t before it does, the state's attorney for montgomery county john mccarthy and tessier'sne defense att were back in court arguing if certain evidence will be during the trial. >> we have agreed thawnt we wous not introdu any sonogram

prince william police want to ricketwo men who robbed wireless stores. you can see them sauntering in drawers behind the counter. they hit the one on dale boulevard twice this summer. a victory for voters and a predomintly african-american community in georgia. they along with civil rights groups have been fighting a plan tolllose of the polling stations in their rural counity. today, elections officials in randolph county voted to scrap the controversial plan. a consultant recommended theos e because polling places did not meet americans wit disability acts requirements. they questioned the real motive saying it would disenfranchise voters. remember the equal rigs amendmen it didinspire marches here and marches across the country.
