day in 2017, the body of laura wallen was found in this field in damascus. montgomery county police would soon learn that she was murdered. we watched as her boyfriend tyler tessier sat next toll 's parents pleading for her return. hours later he was charged with her murder. now in less than two weeks this case will g torial but before it does, theat ste's attorney from montgomery county john mccarthy and tessier's defense attorney were back in court arguing if certain evidence will be shown during the trial. >> we have agreed that we would notntroduce sonogram pictures of her child during the course of the trial. >> reporter: the second issue discussed in court was whether e jurors would b taken to the location where wallen's body was found. the defense argued that it would limit the ability for the public to watch the trial. but the prosecution argd tha it is absolutely necessary. >> the unique nature of the

area. before we talk more about our local weather, quick update on lane. here is the latest radar imagery coming from hawaii where you can see, there is that system spinning. not super impressive. you can't see a well-defined eye which means it's either recycling or showing signs of weakening. but that being said, still a very powerful category 2 hurricane with maximum sustained winds at 105es mer hour moving to the north at five miles per hour. on saturday it will weake to category 1 hurricane and become a tropical storm saturday night tinto sunday as starts to make this westerly movement. the winds in the atmosphere are starting to tear the storm apart over the weekend, but still bringing lots of rain to parts of hawaii. some areas have already recorded over 2 1/2 feet of rainfall there. that's going t be the biggest issue. also very dangerous surf and that surf causing damage to parts of the island, as well. but by monday, this will be tracking out into the ocean. finally giving hawaii a bit of a
