a second man is now behind bars in connection to ther mur of her little girl mckya wilson. nicole jacobs is outside d.c. superior court where thehe m could learn more today about what happened to her daughter. >> reporter: less than 48 hours after pol circulated the mug shot this second gunman, he has turned himselfin, we're told. now there are at least two other suspects, unidentified at this point, thatll police are s looking for. not that there is ever any reason to shoot and kill an innocent 10-year-old child. today in court we could learn why. anotheran arrested. 21-year-old quentin michaels, the second gunman police say murdered mckya wilson.y she was o0 and simply doing what most kids her age would do, going to an ice cream truck. but h the courtyard of her northeast d.c. home a brage of bullets.

disney world will jet raises under a new contract reached between the company and several ns. it increases the minimum starting pay $2015 an hour by 2021. it caps nine months of tense egotiations that led to large protests. the unions represent 38,000 service workers atne d world, half the number working at the park. the union says most make ls than $11 an hour. you tube adds will be getting less skippable. any channel that can make money from its video also soone able to implement non-skippable ads. previously only select channels
