years long investigation, it makes a huge splash. has your office now been gettinr calls from o victims and in particular are anyf those cases in your mind potentially prosecutable? in other words, within the statute of limitations some district attorney can look at the case and prosecute a priest who committed abuse? >> one of the things that we're moth proud of is that we gave victims their voice back we allowed them to have their truth shared. and we know in sharing their truthtither v are going to come forward and share their truth. ksll tell you that in the roughly two w since we released the report, we've ceived 733 calls to our special clergy abuse hotline. we're tracking every one of those tips, talking to each and every one of the peoplehat havecalled. and certainly if we can bring a case on any of this against any predator priest or anyone who covered it up, we will do so. >> josh, do you ha evidence that the pope had knowledge or participated in a coverup with

regards to the pennsylvania diocese? >> we have evidence that the vatican had knowledge ofhe coverup. i can't specifically speak to pope francis. but i think that the broader issues here with the vatican knowing about this, with church leaders knowing about it, and the rction you've seen n just from catholics but americans and people all across the globe, is just a fundamental disappointment and anger in 'rstitutions. seeing institutions, whether it is in hollywoo whether it is at universities, whether it is in government centers and certainly whether it is at the church, putting their own institutional reputation above the welfare of children. we will not toleratenhat pennsylvania. we shouldn't tolerate it anywhere. >> this was comprehensive report that went back 70 years. what about those w are goingien is better now. is it? >> one bishop said that in response to our report and here's what i would say back. child rape in 1970 is the same

in researck has gotten mo than 20 million view howe are we doing overall when it comes to happiness? >> i think in as18 it is so to feel like happiness isn't as possible as it used to be or it isharder. depression rates doubled, anxiety the highest it has been in ourscols. i spent 12 years at harvard and two of them i was so depressed, i didn't wo go on living. but in the field of positive psychologist, we started changing it, and not only did it work for me, but now we're dng it in -- yesterday i was in flint, michigan working with 21 school districts trying to create happiness patterns there that could pull us out of depression andanxiety, but also in the midst of very challenging live >> before we break downs quiz sults, how should we be looking at happiness in our society? >> that isn excellent question. i think itt to redefine happiness, that it is not just pleasure. happiness is the joy that we feel growing towards our potential and what is great about that is that you can feel that joy in the midst of life's

ups and downs. like child birth is not necessarily a flesh fbl experience and yet it is extremely joyful because it is meaningful. >> that is one of the things you i know you emphasize, can be happy, but happiness can co-exist with other emotions. >> yeah, i think so many people misunderstand, they think that the opposite of happiness is unhappiness. but in-unhappiness fue change, it tellinger us when is injustice in the world, when we're lonely and we need to reachout. nt opposite of happiness is apathy. so we're trying to help people as something ss that fuels positive change. >> so we both took this quiz with. lots of other folks are taking its well. let's take a look at some of the findings. i was somewhat surprised. >> 34% of people scored moderate to low happy. i mean, does that surprise you? and what is your advice to those folks in thcategory?

>> what we suggest in that category is to make small one second behavioral change. oftentimes when -- >> one second? >> one second. when we're feeling down, we forget our t powermake those changes. and so we call it dwrektsing yo directing your focus. it is finding three people and just consciously smiling at them to create that connection and widen your circle. a actually did this at hospital system. and trained the staff to smile at people as they are walk through the and what was amazing is that patients perceived care skyrocketed and doctors reportei the ht they have been in a decade. >> so interesting to just force yourself, bt then jump-starts those happy feelings. >> it does. >> 18% received a moderate to high score. what is the lesson for those folks? >> as your energy rises, you do more things. we wanted people to be more grateful, to practice it. % of the people think that
