good morning. >> we got t r getht to a developing story in the district where a little girl has been hit in the ankle by a stray cebulle. pore trying to figure out who fired the shots last night. >> we spoke with someone who lived in the neighborhood and heard the shot. >> megan. >> reporter: that's right. residents say it s rather chaotic scene. i got off the phone a few minutes ago with police. nhey were able to confirm that the victim this shooting is just six years old. a 6-year-old girl. people who live many the neighborhood say they heard ars of gunfire last night and then the squealing of wheels as a car sped away.ou shots rang the victim, not the gunman intended target. a little girl t hit in ankle by a stray bullet.
