scenario. we had heavy rain but we had the strong easterly flow. that will continue. we have coastal flood warnings again tonight. if you had flooding last night, you'll have it again tonight. but you're all right, you have a kayak. we'll be watching hurricane florngs. the flooding inur area could be even worse into next week as a result of florence, depending on the traction. this is a monster of a storm. it has incmeased ext fast. the last 12 hours, the hurricann force w have doubled in size in the last 12 hours. they've doubled in size. this is way out intohe atlantic. here's bermuda. it does have 140-mile-an-hour winds, moving to the west at3 miles an hour. it may increase. expected to go close to category 5 hurricane.
