over the past week somebody has been going around the streets of d.c. and opening up fire hydrants. it may seem like a pra but i could be putting thousands of us at risk. now the latest incident forced a road closure and sent water flooding into a grocery store. >> take a look at this cell ph te video froms morning at sixth and h streets. so much water at such high pressure, the d.c. police had to close down theet st and this isn't the first time it's happened in this neighborhood. >> a full blast of the water would have been dangerous for anyone in the area. a it was issue for traffic. and then we don't knowf this same individual has been hitting other hydrants but there's been a flash of these and we're concerned. >> six fire hydrants in five differen locations across
