drive way right now. they all began late last night with the 911 callde from in of the home to police which lead themo the discovery of this 57-year-old man dead and 48-year-old woman d as well. they are believed to be a husband and wife. three injured herencding a 22-year-old woman and two other children. they are indi critical con and believed to be that couple's children. they were found upstairs in this home on the 100 block of amberleigh drive. a subdivision between new hampshire avenue and the icc. as for what sparked this, at this time, police believe a dispute emerged between the two adults. that 57-year-old man and 48-year-old woman that lead to what happene here ernight. a handgun has been found in the home and police are still working t sort out what lead to this gunfire. >> we are investigating this as a murder-suicide domestic

a border patrol agent isar behind accused of killing four women in texas. juan davideirtiz is described as a serial killer. he was arrested on saturday after a woman he allegedly tried to kidnap narrowly managed to escape. she was able to alert the four women killed were prostitutes. it's not clear whether he was on duty at the time of the alleged killing.

ago it was raining pretty steadily so nice toenjoy a brief respite but the waters here are still rising and they're not expecte to crest until the end of this week. this was all coming from the neuse river. let me show you a view to give you an idea of what it looks like from the air. ou can see roads, streets, nomes, really entire neighborhoods i some parts of town have been completely submerged he and that's a because of the rising inland rivers like the neuse river still conrenuing to cst without the week. as i bad as is here it's even worse in wilmingt there, they h rescued between 4 and 500 people and the thing is they have no

power. folks have been using them for the last few days andhe town has been completely cutoff. the interstate and secondary road all flooded. the airport is shutdown even the port in which you might be able to get supplies in from a boat. that's closed as well. so ty may have to helicopter in some supplies to that town ttil some ofse roads can be reopened and that might not happen until maybe tonight, possibly even tomorrow. so very very tough times in wilmington and back here live, here on the ground, you can see that current flowing out sort of little bit, that is aere. the water rushing in. i was here last night. i can tell you, it has already picked up a bit just from when we were here about 8:00 or 9:00 last night. back to you guys. thank you. we'll have more on the storm and what it means for our area coming up in a few minutes.
