violations and now this morning faces additional charges. arlington county police need your help to arrest a man wanted for raping a woman inside her apartment. we can show you security footage taken othe suspect. police say that's the individual they'reooking for. he allegedly attacked a woman. detectives say the man ans ared an the victim posted online. they dress that ad was not sexual in nature. the first electric scooter death in the district is under investigation. a man was riding a scooter in dupont circle when he got pinned under that suv. he died at t hospital. the driver remained at the scene until help arrived. the scooter riders are allowed on some city sidewalks and on the road and bike lanno but they'r required to wear helmets. a self-proclaimed psychic is going to spend six years behind
