roadway tied up causing a delay back to 197. 270 southbound, you have accident activity on both shoulders but already causing a slow down riding sthbound as authorities arrive on scene that lane configurations have changed. 66 going eastbound before you get into marshall. accident activity tgre block the left lane and causing the slow down. it's not been a great ride so far on the wet roadways but have the rain showers moved out of the area. we'll probably end up september with just over ten inches of rain. until you ming back can make nice outdoor plans and enjoy it. it's going to be nice out. the ground is still going to be wet in a lot of areas though but ght now we're not seeing any rain falling. the rain has moved out. cloudy skies and flood warnings

that is the inner loop of the beltway at wisconsin avenue and we spin around here, we canhow you just how far it goes. look at all the traffic here. e delay beginning before old georgetown road and of course the longer this is in place, the jackknifed truck is in place, the more a more the traffic will build because we're really seeing the brunt ofush hour at this point. take a look at the video here. you can get an idea of what we're talking about here. what we're talking about is a jackknif tractor trailer on the ramp here in bethesda. they have been here for an hour and a half to 2 hours but s ll seeing the traffic high up there. we're seeing a lot of equipment heren thescene. so even when they right the truck, unfortunately the damage has beendone. even when they clear it out, residual lays forawhile and people need to keep that in mind. you're going to slow down real fast when youet to the bethesda area on the inner loop
