report against a fmer night club. he was pushed by a bouncer at the d.c. eaglen saturday. according to the chief of staff the confrontation hapened after bouncer took issue with him trying to use his i.d. to enter. the bouncer insisted on i.d. with t birth date on it. he says the push and fall hurt his hand and back. the night club gave us the statement councilmember gray did attempt to enter the d.c. eagle last nht but refused to give proper identification to our ed fortaff after being a it several times as required by d.c. law. >> breaking news out of indonesia this morning. the death toll has gone up again. 844 peopl are now confirmed dead either from the 7.5 magnitude earthquake or the tsunami that followed. 50,000 people have been forced out of their homes. these numbers could rise as
