said victims should be heard. and in this case, judge kavanaugh should be able to defend himself. >> thank you. let's get moren how the i investigation is set to unfold. for that, we turn t nbc justice correspondent, pete williams. good morning. >> good morng to you. >> the investigations are getting under way. we know some of e people who the fbi is planning to talk to. how do we know this information? >> this is different. the fbi usually investigates climb. they follow the investigation. this is not a criminal investigation, the fbi is reopening the background investigation into brett hakavanaugh. in sense, the fbi is acting like a private eye and the clipt client is the white house. and that's true when it looks at the background of aresidential nominee. we know that agents are winterviewing three peoplre chri fine blaseyd was at that house where she said she

king." what's the next level? >> i think sometimes we get stuck. i can't get outf this environment. i can't finish school. i can't -- in our thinking,ou have to take the limits off of yourself and i like to say take the limits gff of because he can take you higher. it starts in our thoughts. many times, we limit ourselves. i don't have the education. i am not talented enough. you take that off and you live off of a place of peace, and known that you're fly loaded that god's equipped you, you can se higher. >> those sentiments are so appealing to sony who wouldn't want to think that way? you me there are people aatching wh weighed down by circumstances, who are thinking all of the positive thinking int the world i going to change that. how would you counsel them? >> would say, it's a choice you have to make. you stay negative and ge discou it will draw in more negativity.

>> absolutely. >> three or four minutes on eac. si >> and we're going to do onions. caramelize onions, wit little oil. and french onion soup umix. gr with that. it's so easy. you put it in warm you put that up. you stir it a little atbit. this is going to make the meat and tenderize it and cook it. >> what a great idea. >> so easy. herbs, bay leaves. we pour this over we put our meat back in, as well. >> the meat goes back in there. >> the meat goes back in, after it's searing. the onions are in. wee going to pour thi right over. and this is actually going to go in the oven for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. >> wow. >> did you do this in the slow cook center. >> you cano i in the slow cooker, absolutely. i like it in the oven. youcan. i grew up on a crock pot. it was called a crock pot back then. now, it's a slow cooker, right?
