a man's life is shattered. >> they're accusing the white house with hampering with the fbi investigation. news 4's tracie potts will have more on this battle o capitol hill in a live report. parents in loudoun county willoeet talk about security after a threat at an elementar school. parents noticed a deputy and asked if tre was a threat there and they were told no. on august 17th parents learned that there was a threat and the threat was reported to the sheriff's office on august 20th and an arrest was made the next day. parents weren't told until september 24th via e-mail. >> when you ask them point blank is there a threat made on the place where my children ared going and t no and you find out that that's a lie, completely unacceptable. >> when some parents kept their ds home from school another

e-mail was sent out saying the i staff member away from the school. the man accused of making the threat is not iut jail has a no trespass order against him. it prohibits him from coming to that school. tonight the pta is voting on a proposal for a school wid safety audit and pushing for a full-time safety officer. virginia is receiving a federal grant for threat assessment. teams will be trained to intervene for anyone who makes a threat. m this morning fouren are facing federal charges for the deadly violence in charlottesville last year. the men were arrested yesteay morning. the u.s. attorney's office says they are part of a militant s whiteupremacist group based in southern they're accused of committing several violent acts against counterro pstors during a torch lit march last year and at

a larger rally the next day. another man is accused of plowing his car into a crowd. two marijuana advocates were arrested outside of andy harrison's office. fellow gop congressman steve scalise tweeted saying thatha or is never acceptable. the women were later arrested for smoking marijna outsi of harris's office. harris has recently worked to block the decriminalization of marijuana in d.c. >>4: . here are your other top we're following for you. d.c. police are investigating a deadly crashil thatd a woman. the crash involved one car but could not say how this crash happened. envelopes suspected of containing the deadly poison ricin shut down mail delivery at the pentagon. tests found two envelopes with a
