rockville. police detectives out looking at security cameradeo, trying to track down a rapist. rapist who attacked a woman around midnight in rockville. tectives spent a lot of time at the 7 e levin at3:55, looking a video for twoours this morning. they were back again this afternoon. the victim, a woman in h 30s. it happened around midnight. she got off the metro train at the shady grove ation. she had been out with some friends. she started walking down 355 towards anoth friend's house. she was about a mile away from the station when a m grabs her.be s her. rapes her. she manages to get free. she ran to a nearby building to e a security guard comes her aide and calls 911 for help.

many of us think bigger is better, but the tiny house trend is really cg on in cities. >> it is. d.c. is one of those cities embracing the change. news 4 tells us how the d.c. government is using the tiny house business to solve big city problems. >> reporter: for years, this was one o more than 100 vacant lots scattered across the district that the d.c. government owned, but today, it's home t not one, but two tiny houses. the administration hopes this is the beginning of a project that will help students help with affordable housing and help rid of blighted properties. the district already has tiny homes like this one on capitol hill we showed you awhile back, but these brand new tiny homes were built by high school students as part of a pilot program called "vacant to d vibranigned to turn empty lots into productive properties. shelly green's tudents built these homes over the last two years during class time.
