prince geor county school tonight to get answers about the mold found inside.l the sch district says our rainy, humid summer is to blame inside the school in morningside. news 4's jackiere bensen was t tonight to find out what's being done about it. >> repter: this is the dance studio, a well-used classroom at themi ben filloy performing arts academy in morningside. vent have been cleaned. ceiling tiles that once looked like this, according to an image provided by parents, have been replaced. above them, air conditioning pipes thatee hadsweating c condensation onto the tiles have been wrapped with new insulation to preventthat. but it remains empty during the school day, because parents and some staff say they are not convinced thathe mold problem in the room has been fixed. >> the only reason why anything is being done and start moving is because i got out here and started talking to different people. >> reporter: nearly 100 concerned parents attended an

killing him. according to a g fund me page, he was headed to learn more about a physical therapy internship. police have ruled o alcohol, but they're not sure exactly what caused snyder to crash. tomorrow, the man accused of a random rape in rockville will return to court. dustin rogers' hearing today was continued so he could choose his own lawyli. say rogers attacked a woman tuesday night near the corner of gude drive and frederick road. allegedly dragging into the woods andexually assaulting her. rogers has an extensive criminal background. he's been arrested 11 times. he's being held without bond tonight. w tonight, have surveillance pictures of the person accused of attacking soone with a hammer near logan circle. d.c. police tell us this man and another got into a fight today at thek cor and fork wine shop here on 14th street northwest. the attacker ran off. the victim is eected to recover. the scene is just blocks away

arena opened last month on the old st. elizabeth east hospital campus. most people who could ran away from lh't mont big apartment fire in southeast d.c., but not a group of u.s. marines. they ran toward the flames, trying to save their neighbors. the apartments are right next tv the n yard. marines could see the flames and they acted on well, today, they reunited with some of the people they helped to save. >> it was just instinct. any marine would do the same exact thing. >> i've been waiting for the opportunity to say thank you to them. because they helped a lot. if it wasn't for them, it would have been a lot of fatalities in that building. >> investigators are still trying to figure out what caused this fire. d.c.'s fire chief tells news 4 that they're focusing that investigation on the building's air conditioning units. october is hispanic heritage month, and tonight, nbc 4 and

pittsburgh, only 57. 64 in state college. yeah, that is the cooler air that's going to work its way up here. we hit 90 today. that, right there, the current temperature in d., may be the high all day tomorrow. that's what i got for a high. 76. we may drop few degrees, but we're not going up much at all cooler, but still mild. our average high temperature is 72, soll w still be above the average high. all right, how about that weekend outloow, right looking good. it's pumpkin patch time, baby. though.sunday, saturday, you know, we're deeming with the rain on saturday, drizzle on saturday. and the cloud cover, but some sun and warm temperatures o sunday. good for the pictures with the kids. ids games, i think we get that in i've got the green, even though we may have some drizzle. i think the kids play the soccer games, baseball, lacrosse games looking good. outdoor barbecues, yeah,sunday, sunday, sunday, i really do think that will be the best day for the mabarbecues. e not the best on saturday. but you can get them in this weekend. so, if you can move the plans from saturday to sunday, might be a good idea. though saturday night looking like a horrible day, though
