>> thank you. it's 2 minutes after 4:00 should limousines face more regulation? that's the question lawmakers in new york a d.c. will ask themselves today. over the weekend 20 people were kihen a limo crashed just outside of albany new york. it's america's deadliest transportation accident in a decade. the driver was speeding down a hill ran a stopped sign. it slammed into a parked car and killed two pedestrian. passengersand all 17 were killed. four sisters were among the dead. the limo was rented to celebrate the youngest sister's birthday. >> they were wonderful girls and they wouth do ag for you. they were very close to each other. they loved their family. they loved their parents. ransportation l safety board is investigating this crash.
