track down a fugitive. prince george's county bureau chief tracee wilkins is live to explain how this all ended and how it began. >> reporter: it began a little more than a week ago, on policber 29th, when the officers tried to serve a warrant on this guy and somehow he got away. it all ended today. let me show you what it looked like. it wrapped up here and it closed down the marlboro pike. witness saw this whole thing happen. 32-year-old alton thodos was spotted here. then he ended up in d.c. around c street around 12:30 today and then he was spotted near prince george's county whereolice took sbhim cuhim into custody. he tried to jump out of a windoy but t got him in hand cuffs.
