suspect has contacted our station before, via e-mail. these e-mails were rambling, they were .incohere he has always filed numerous lawsuits against the mayor, the federal government. all of them dismissed.or just b airtime, the fox 5 d.c. tv station became the news. an intruder with h atory of mental illness broke through the front doors and confronted a security guard. the guard tried pepper spray to stop him. when that didt happen, she shot him. he was take on the the hospital in critical condition. >> he forcibly entered the front door. a security guard confronted him, and as a result of the n, confrontatio she fired one shot into his upper torso. >> reporter: the man has been charged with burglary. fox 5 posted that he has a history of threats against then stat a man by the same name has e-mailed news 4 many in some of those e-mails, he

different levels, the parking garage. they also searched the parking lot. let's roll some video to show you from chopper 4 from above. police say they received a call from someone who knows the allegedim . the caller told police a man seally assaulted the woman at or near the twin brooke metro station in rockville around 6:00 this evening. now,police, they searched and came up empty. potted police near several other metro stations on this side of the red line. this is videorom the friendship heights station near the d.c./maryland line. police won't confirm if this is connected to the search for the suspect. police are interviewing the woman. they have not released a description of the suspect. they will sit down with her and try to up with a composite sketch. meanwhile, police urge with information about this alleged sexual assault to call montgomery county police. live here in rockville, i'm s shomari stone, news 4.
