parking garage here. hopper 4 was over the scene during theinvestigation. you'll see cops go down on the ground. she met this man on t bus and along the way they struck up a conversation. sh says this guys about 24 or 25 years old, and then once they got to thestation, h forced her off into that parking garage where she says that he raped her. the search began here and extended to nearby red le stations as well and came up empty handed. this man remains at large. epe girlts he has a tattoo under one of his eyes. police working to get more images of this guy from a surveillance camera or so nearby to put out and hopefully track do this suspect.

thank you. a 20-year-old man was shot and killed early this morning in germ town. i want to show you some video from the scene here. a large police presence and the shooting happened at an apartment complex on churchill ridge ccle around 12:30 this morning. the victims identity has not been released. >> a scary situation up the street from us here. a man kicked his way into the fox 5 tv station and he has a history of mental health issues. >> he has contacts evered us at as well. just after 3:00 yesterdaynhe roke through the front door of fox 5 and confronted a security guard. theouard tried pepper spray the man to stop him and when that didn't work, she shot the unarmed suspect in the chest. we're told he contacted then stat hoping someone would help him get in touch with
