this morning a man is charged in connection with a 17-year-old death in waldorf. andre johnson was the first to fire at a rival group of people outside of a home on october 3rd. someone t int group fired back. elisha cole who was standing nearby was shot. he collapsed in a driveway. police are still looking for the other shooter. disturbing surveillance video showing a car speeding down a sidewalk in downtown silver spring. montgomery county police said that driver tried to run people over. he got into a fight on friday, saturday, september 15th. one of the menrove a car down the sidewalk hitting people and struck several parking meters. they hope witnesses will come oforward with informati their identity. some loudoun countys residentay stray bullets disrupted an afternoon baby
