the dozen pipe bombs. 56-year-old cesar sayocaces charges which could bring 48 years in prison. >> we will not tolerate lawlessness. >> reporter: the windows of sac's van were plastered with stickers praising president trump. other images showed hillary clinton and barack obama with targets over sayoc had been living in the van and investigators want to know made.the bombs were this follows the dcovery of more bombs friday. one addressed to james clapper and another to senator cory teoker discovered at the mail distribution c and a third to kamala harris in sacramento. the fourth addressed to tom steyer. while none of the bombs exploded, the fbi says they were apparently designed to blow up. >> still analyzing the devices in o laboratory.
