in the second district democrat elaine luria defeated repubcan scot taylor. this is the area surrounding virginia beach. >> prince gorges county saw plenty of problems at the polls. we spoke to frustrated voters in brandy wine. >> reporter: it was very busy here on eleion day. everyone voted not without exhaustion, aggravated and frustration. 1500 people waited in line for five hours. the trouble started around4:00 when they ran out of ballots. the new ballotsro arrivedd four hours later at 8:00, shortly before the polls closed. everyone in line voted butwi no out problems. they say that it took a very long time for them to vote. we're now going to hear from one of those voters. >> everyone's frustrated. talked to all the people around me. it's been a long we've been waiting a long time.
