outside los angeles. good morning, everybody. it's 4:00 a.m. now. i'm aaron gilchrist. >> i'm eun yang. for more than han hoan hour, we been watching federal officials go inside with long guns. chris, what's happening? >> yeah, eun, we've been keeping an eye on this. it remains a very aive scene. we can tell you the fbi and bomb squad just arrived at the scene in thousands. oak authorities said multiple people were injuredinn the shoot at the borderline bar and grill, which was hosting a college country night. but how badly they've been on wounded, we know. we know at least six people have been shot. authorities have not confirmed that the shooter is in custody. pe were able to s with someone who says he and his girlfriend had just left that bar, but he still had some friends in there. we asked him to describe what happened. take an. liste >> i don't -- i don't know much abou what happened inside. i called my best friend, who was

inside, aai he just that people started screaming and that there's bullets flying everywhere. so he threw a stool through a window and jumped out and he's okay. then he hung up the pho's. th all i know. so it's like a college night so people 18 and over can go on wednesdays. it's a popular wednesday night spot because it's not only 21 and over, but 18 and over can go in. it's a big line dancing, country bar. >> and they still cannot confirm that the shooter is in custody. officials are telling us that at least six people have been shot. i want it give you a look at where all this is happening. it's about 40 mes west of los angeles. we're staying on top of all these developments. there are some reports from witnesses coming in that the shooter may have tossed a spomo bomb inside that bar. >> all right, chris. thank you. as he said, we'll stay on top of this situation and

it's now 4:03. a local priest is under arrest, accused of second-degree sexual assault. this morning we're told more a accuse coming forward. >> police say the charges stem from an incident i 2015. they say in may of that year, father urbano vazquez had sexual contact with 13-year-old girl. he worked at the shrine of the sacred heart parish in columbi heights at the time. a report says on two occasions, he put his hand down the front of the girl's shirt and touched her breast. a f statemem the archdiocese of washington says vazquez has been removed and suspended. during the investigation of the claims aga vazquez, the archdiocese removed another priest for failing to reportf allegations abuse. the marching band at bowie state unirsity will not perform at the ciaa football championship game this weenind.

thersity suspended the symphony of soul band after hazing allegations surfaced a few days ago. in a statement yesterday, the university said it had sufficient evidence that there had been some hazing activity. we reached out to the prince george's county policeou to fin whether the department is investigating these allegations. d spokesperson told us no one has reporhat happened to police. the university says it will continue its investigation to determine what will happen to those who participated. we hain distu new details in another local report of hazing. a police report says on halloween, damascus high school jv football players sexually assaulted teammates as part of a ritualol ing a broom stick. "the washington post" obtained a copy of the report, which has not been made public. it says a 14-year-old boy could be heard screaming, and another boy cried out for the attackers to stop. five jv players face rape charges for the attack of fou other students inside the locker

st shooting inside a bar just north of los angeles ncernight. our chris lawree is tracking the latest from the live desk. chris, what are you learning? >> things are moving fast, eun. as you look at live pictures there from the scene, we have been sabtable to learn t1 victims have been shot. police have now confirmed that there are multiple fatalities. you can see there on the scene, still a very active scene outside the boerline bar and grill. it's a bar about 40 miles outside of los angeles. the bomb squad and fbi have ved on the scene. at this point, they're telling t they think the shooter is still inside bar. that's why they're saying they're not as concerned about the neighborhood around this bar. but they cannot confirm whether e shooter is alive, dead,
