recount. in the senate race, republican candidate rick scottin is f a lawsuit asking votes tallied after last saturday's noon deadline not be counted. his opponent, incumbent senator bill nelson said in a statement incott wanted to make sure every legal vote is counted, then he would not be suing. in the governor's race, andrew ic candidate gillum rescinded his earlier concession, calling for every vote to be counted. >> in georgia, democratic gubernatorial candidate stacey abrams is also filing suit, asking for ballots that were wrongfully rejected to be counted. that's according to theso ated press. though her opponent, brian kemp, has not yet commented on the suit, his campaign has said there are not enough uncounted ballots left to tegger a j off or recounts. and california republican danais rohrabacher lost bid for re-election in orange county. democrat harley rouda upset the 15-term congressman who had been seen as vulnerable because he defended russia after allegations that it interfered with the 2016 >election.
