aow truck company is now under investigation. after a nts4 rep about a woman's car that disappeared almost two months ago. she told news4 that car had been impounde the city insisted it was not. it turns out she was right. today, mark segravesas there when she went to retrie her car and found out she was not e only victim. >> this was the scene at collision towing in northeast d.c.wi people sho up to retrieve their tcars, only find out

their windows had been smashed out while being held in the impound lot. two of the car owners hen't seen their cars for almost two months. they both parked on the samen street upper northwest on september 28th. they admit, they didn't see the emergency no parking signs. when they realized their car were gone, they assumed they were towed by the city. so they called the numbe on the no parking sign. they were both told the same thing by the department of public works. >> the police department had n cord of it being towed or ticketed. me.they were really rude to they couldn't answer my questions. >> reporter: when we first reported on her misng car last month, the city did acknowledge to news4 that they did ticket her car and they did tow five other cars from that street that day. but they told news4, they had no record of towing her car. bo reported their cars stolen back in september. saturd, police called them to say they found their cars along
