new indictments in thatilling have just been announced. keir simmons has the latest on this breaking story. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. this is ac drama development. saudi arabia, which initially denied involvement, now announcing prosecutions. five people thedi srosecutor says this morning were directly involved in, quote, ordering and executing the crime. prosecutors say khashoggi was killed by a lhal injection. his body dismembered and taken out of thelauilding. the set in motion the saudi prosecutor alleges three days befe the killing. the highest level official behind the killing he says is saudi's intelligence chief. 21 people are in custody over the murder with 11 indicted. turkey has blamed saudi arabia's crown prince for khashoggi's brutal death saying the kingdom sent an a him.nation squad for earli earlier this week the torture tools revealed in turkish media,
