guys? >> chat with you then. thanks. 5:31 on this saturday, developing the search is on for a gunftn a police standoff ended in temd pl hill. all this started before 1:30 police responding to a shooting near fair lawn street. investigators tell us one man was shot. police believe the suspect barricaded himself in the home. four hours later, police managed to get inside but thema g was gone. victim was taken to the hospital th non-life threatening injuries. a bicyclist fighting for er their life a investigators say a montgomery police officer hit them in chevy chase. chopr 4 was above the scene at 11:00 p.m. last night. this is not clear what led up to this crash, but we're told the bicyclist is in the hospital with lif threatening injuries. and in capital heights a crash. authorities tell ushe district

well, they were some of the best seats in the house, to the town. >> that's right. nity artss long com project has come to an end. in the spring we told you about the love seats that louden county artistsere creating to set up. the seats were sponsored bysi busses that placed them on their properties. but tonight, those love seats are being auctioned off to raise money for future art projects around town, like these holiday decorations made possible from previous art projects.

that is the money from all but eone of those l seats. this one was designed and d grove higtwo w school students and the proceeds from this love seat will benefit the charity alex's lemonade stand. the non-profit alex's lemonade stand started in 2005 by the parents of a little girl who died a year earlier from cancer. during her s battle, alextt opened up a lemonade stand in her front yard. she did it toey raise m for her own treatment as well as for other children's treatment. all these years later, the non-profit is still going and it's funding research to pay for the treatment and ultimately a cure for other children. >> so my design is there's a few different lemons throughout the bench and it's covered in be blue handts pr. this whole organization is built on supporting these children who suffer from pediatric cancer. >> we had both been affected by cancer a lot with our mentors, families and friends and so we wanted to do something about it. >> the lemonade love seat spent

highway led to traffic woes yesterday afternoon. authorit ts say driver exceeded 120 miles per hour at one point. police say theto suspect that white lexus from a port police officer. you see him being taken away. officers later surrounded the stolen c and were able to arrest the suspect. i used to live out this way. this happened every other day. >> i say they always have that along. following them a major victory for veterans is what some areis calling a federal judge in connecticut ruled that thousands of veterans can b sueng denied health benefits. they were denied thoseeteran benefits. the judge also certified a class action lawsuit. now, this is against the navy's secretary after veterans say that they were given less than honorable discharges for minoro nses linked to untreated mental health problems. the scharge prevented them from getting health benefits.
