that this is two lines. no active shooter at naval support activity bhesda was ad hoc drill by command. ad hoc is one of the phres to plain an action that is spontaneous but often prompted by something that is seen at the scene. they say this was an ad hoc or a spontaneous drill. weo not at this point know what prompted that. the second is that term i told you, tenet command. there are 13 tenet commands at this facility ranging from the bethesda naval research center, an ncis,us var entities, nunsed the ad hoc drill. that obviously threw a lot of people into confusion. we had a california congressman
