they have a crew on the way. busy aa in themorning. hopefully they get that cleared up. take a look at the beltway coming up. aaron. >> melissa, thank you. 4:32. ato developing from walter reed hospital. we're hoping to learn more about the false alarmhat caused a lockdown there yesterday. an alert went out tuesday afternoon for an active shooter in building 19. police and first responders swarmed the area within minutes. the navy announced the alert was meant to be used for a future t by and it was s accident. the words exercise or drill were not in the alert. no word on what consequences there may be for f ase alarm. happening today, the man accused of raping and killing a muslim teen is expected to plead guilty. darwin martinez torres jumped a groupr n a group of muslim teens in 2017. the group scattered but he allegedly caught the 17-year-old. he raped and killed her and then dumped her body in a pond.

police have said this was a road rage incident but the victim's family believes this was a bias crime. her family is expected to make a statement aftertoday's hearing. former virginia tech studen from maryland, natalie keepers, is sentenced to 40 years in prison. she was cvicted in prison of being an accessory in the murder of nicole lovell. eisenhower met lovell online and later killed her because he fearedhe wouldxpose their relationship. this morning some redskins fa are upset about a controversial addition to the team. the redskins havecquired reuben foster days after he was arrested on domestic violence charges. 9ers released him days ago. if true, you can be sure these
