i have it on my phone, though. time is 10:04, moving on to news closer to home. on to a dramatic crash in the district involving fou vehicles. d.c. fire says four people were taken to the hospital after several vehicles smashed yesterday on 1coh street in mbia heights. one of the persons had serious injuries. soe impact of the crash wa loud it sent people running out of their homes to find out what happened. and when neighbors arrived they found the cops with their guns drawn. >> we saw some police officers arresting somebody and it looked like somebody else had been handcuffed already and a lot me more law enfor showed up. a couple fire trucks, an ambulance, all very quickly. >> so far, no word on what led up to that crash or anyone being taken into custody. meantime, new deils about the young man killed on the clara barton parkway. thvictim is identified as sachin dewage. he was killed near lock 5. two other people had life

threatening injuries.ha no word on whaened in that accident. aanhunt is under way to find out whoever stabbed a good samaritan in baltimore. they're looking at the neighborhood where police say a woman was stabbed inside a car yesterday. police say jacqueline smith died at the hospital. he was riding in the passenger's seat and rolled down a window to give mey to a woman carrying a cardboard sign that said please help feed my baby. that's when a man reached into the car and tried to grab her wallet and stabbre her. policeow looking for a man who may be in his 30s with a goatee and they're looking for the woman. we'll tell you about a u.s. navy admiral found dead inside his home in the middle east. the navy confirming vice admiral scott sterny died in bahrain. he oversaw the american forces nd the middle east was commander of the bahrain-based fifth fleet. the navy said foul play isn't
