shutdown. multiple house leadership sours tell nbc news there is an agreement because of the services to remember preside t bush push what was friday's e dead deadline to the friday before christmas. the idea being lawmakers may feel pressure to get home for the holidays and meaye a bbl str wall money.le it's not what kind of compromise democrats and republicans will be able to find on that. the president wants $5 billion wall.s congress has allocated $1.6 billion. democrats are pointing the fingert president trump with chuck schumer saying the government shouldn't close because of what he calls a trump temper a "wall street journal" panel he doesn't think it will get to a shutdown. it would be a partial shutdown lat it would affect the department of ho security and the interior department which keeps national lparks and monuments open. >> a lot of people remember back

parachuting back to earth and, thankfully, they survived. >> and lift-off. >> reporter: turns out the second time was the cha for an aborted mission headed for the international space station. astronauts from canada and russia docking monday at 240 paul sim p.m. while the station was flying over the southern coast of yemen. they were the first crew sent to the station since a launch was aborted in october after that oster rocket failedo separate properly marking the first aborted launc for the russian space program sce 1983. americ they were lucky to survive after the soyuz rocket failed two minutes intolit. the spaceship going into automatic abots. the astron endured heavy g's plunging back to earth. >> the first two mutes of the launch were going great. everything was nominal, and it
