testimony line has been at the u.s. capitol all day. i spoke to a woman moments ago o said it took her three hours to get in to pay her almorespec inside the rotunda. for many, they say it was more emotional than they it was a memorable moment. a highlight of the day when sully who was trained as a service dog for president bush, was brought into the rotunda. sully was accomnied by wounded warriors and people helped by the americans with disabilitiea it was a moving experience for those lucky enough to be in the rotunda at thismoment. >> the dog came in. that was kind of emotional to see the changing of the guard. it was very, erybeautiful. even a somber environment. >> it was truly i teared up a little bit. having never met president bush. i didn't expect mf to become that emotional in the rotunda.
