meanwhile, new reports suedest that creating superv heroin injection sites may reduce the risk of overdoses f people addicted to the drug. this comes from the rand corporation, a nonprofit research institute. the report claims that safe heroin injection sites have been a success in other countries and should be tried here in the u.si the faes provide a sterile environment to consumer medical grade heroin under the eyes of t trainef. the former head of cbs might lose o on a $120 million severance package after claims he lied to investigators and destyed evidence of his alleged sexual misconduct. >> yeah, that's according to a bombshell report from "the new york times" detailing claims of misconduct from more than a dozen women. les moonves denies those accusations. "the times" obtained a leak draft investigation at says the former cbs chairman was evasive and untruthful to investigators and deliberately

back to that breaking news right now that could impact your commute this morning. a water main break is slowing down drives in bowie. this isoln ann road near glendale road. >> justin finch j ans us for update. what are you seeing out there? >> reporter: seeing a lot more cars making their way through these choke points. as you can see, traffic down to one lane open on both sides here. cars now having to negotiate that as well. if you look down low, you will see the road is wet here. that is a result of that water main bre here covernight. wsws are on the scene and plan to get to work later this morning. we wanto show you this video from earlier. you can see that water beginning to wash up on the roadways out here and begin to cause those problems. as of right now, we're not seeing any icy patches on the road. good news for drivers, but stiit
