county school board voted unanimously in favor of the school redistricting plan. some parents say the plan is necessary to address , overcrowdiut others believe it will uproot students unnecessarily. the approved plan changes neighborhood boundaries at eight elementary schools for about 500 students. there are more than 27,000 students in arlington county schools. th district is growing by 800 students a year, and there are schools wplh mul trailers because of the overflow of students. the board says this plan will make more room. ome parents are concerned the communities are being unfairly split up.op the right-hand corner of your license. do you see a star? ifnot, you need to update your i.d. the state is reminding pouple new i.d. standards that go into o effect in year, by 2020, you need to have an identification card teets a new standard. if you don't update your i.d.,

afternoon, we cool a lot quicker. but fe've got a coldnt coming our way. so, we have clouds and winds out of the south keeping us warm. temperatures in the 30s in most locations where yesterday by w this timeve already seen some of you in the upper 20s. 36 i gaithersburg, 37 in culpepper. it is kindgf cool. goo be a cold start to the morning. on your friday, 30 degrees at the bus stop . 40 degrees at recess. picking up me we're the kids. chilly and breezy tomorrow. the wind chill is going to be a factor, because oncen, this cold front is coming on through here and it will bring through some colder air. nothing on the radar, though we have a front coming through. it will move through as a dry front. heavy snow in cleveland and buffalo and pittsburgh. but that front really starting to try out as it moves our way. it will bring in a reenforcing shot o cold air and wind gusts.

now, the big storm. in towards parts oca fornia. and it is a big storm already, guys. out there towards parts of califoia, flash flood warnings in effect for san diego. they've already received upwards of two to three inches of rain, nearly a foot of snow from this overnight tonight around the san bernardino county area. and as it moves across the country, rain in phoenix, snow in colorado, new mexico, ints partf west texas. severe weather in parts of the southeast. where it's cold enough, in southern virginia, you're talking about a monster snowstorm. 1 upwards o to 20 inches of snow in the mountains of north carolina a even places like charlotte, a lot of ice is going to be a factor. arounderichmond, could have it. what about our area? just looking at the computer models, and this is being pushed even farther t the south. so, i've been telling you all week i really think is gothg to stay sf us, well, now we're almost positive about that. could it still inch up to the noh, possibly, b we're really looking at this being south of even fredericksbu. we may not see any snow at all in our area.
