found alive in a abandoned coal mine.or now crews wk to get them out. and a suspect on the run. one mand arres for raping a woman and dumping her in the street. another still free tonight. news 4 at 11:00 begins with breaking news. first tonight, a sigh of relief for a family in montgomery county. d their chin't get off the school bus, and wound up in baltimore tonight. >> county police and school officials tell us t child is home safe now, but that's after hours of confusion andni now, here's how it happened. police tell us the child isst au and possibly nonverbal. the bus picked the student up this afternoon at rockville high school. the student was supposed to get off in silver ring. but for reasons we're still trying to figure out, that didn't happen. >>he eventually, bus ended up here, near a holiday inn at ther innerr in baltimore. the reason? montgomery county schoolsal ac buses in some students from baltimore city. some of themake thatbus.

men were subjecting woman to a horrible, terrifying experience, there were cameras at every turn. video from a home security camera shows the stumbling from an alley, whe he'd been dumped out in the cold. another camera captured the car the suspects used to abduct the young woman. a camera at a bank atm in the district captured this image of one of the suspects. investigators say it all helped them identify nick savoy. he turned himself into police in roanoke. and mark blue, from souwest c. >> i believe prince george's county released some video. we also released video. it was very helpful in this case. >> reporter: the victim told police one ofhe men was wearing a red jacket. police released by d.c shows mark blue wearing a red jacket.
