baltimore. this morning,ar.c. police searching for a man they say kidnapped and raped a woman at gunpoint. this is 29-year-d mark blue. police say he and nick savoie kidnapped a woman earlier this month. they drove around for 45 minutes and sexually assaulted her before forcing her out of the car. savoie turned himself into police on tuesday. four minutes after the hour righwe now. e following the latest in a federal lawsuit filed against the princeou george'sy police department. >> 13 officers accuse department leadership of discrimination and retaliation. the officers say there is discrimination between white and black officers, unfair scipline, and trmminations. oer and current officers say the racial divide within the police department makes it difficult for them to be effective. they're calling for new leadership, saying the that have existed have become much worse. we spoke to officers as well as the newly elected countybo executive this lawsuit.
