coming trom texasight where a federal judge ruled the affordable care act is unconstitutional. in his opinion, the judge wrote the legislative achievement has fallen down like a game of jengas. it was classified as a tax, but last year it was removed by people who don't buy health insurance. and the judge saysithout that tax there is no way the aca can be allowed to stand. it comes just one day before the deadline. tonight the white house is celebrating the ruling but says the affordable care act is sti law of the landending the appeals process. new at 11:00, an 87-year-old woman fighting for her life after being hit by a car in montgomery county. she w hit by crossing in
