a japanese news agency repos eyewitnesses smelled gas in that area after the explosion. a patient hijacked an ambulance and lead police on a wild chase in california. the man was being transported in the ambulance when he broke out or his restraints. hed paramedics out and then took off. police chased the ambulance for nearly 90 minutes. the man eventually jumped out of the vehiclehile it was still moving and tried to make a run for it. you see it there. he didn't get very f before police arrested him. >> this morning, an 11-year-old girl is safe after a good
