today president trump's former national security adviser will be sentenced for lying to the fbi. according to newly released notes, michaelal flynn madese statements about communications with the russian ambassador to the u.s.t thetime. it happened right before d.esident trump was inaugurate >> how much time is flynn expected to face? >> he may notet a l at all. they're recommending little or no jail time. the last 24 hours we saw why he is going to court at all. the notes from thefbi interview where the government says he lied about his contact with the russian ambassador in the weeks leading up to th inauguration. remember, flynn was national security adviser after president trump took office but before he was an adviser on the campaign and apparently he had this conversation with the russian ambassador about the sanctions placed on russia. he told the fbi he didn'ttalk abthat.

here's what happens just before lunch. a news 4 i team investigation reveals the truck operators have an elaborate plan to nab these parking spots each day. they park at public meter spaces and they swap in clds to hold the spaces overnight and then they bring the food trucks back the nexay to swap back in for lunchtime. city parking officials tell the iteam it's technically legal and eap. it's a $30 fine each day. easily recooped withhe sale of a new helu today they're expected to allow parking officials to tow the cars or the trucks. >> when we know the game they're playing is time to get in the game and make sure that we're getting them ticketed, booted, or off the street. >> they're forced to do this because they say there aren't engh food truck zones in the
