fully with the company's investigation. cbs says moonves will not receive any of h $120 million severance. moonves was forced to step down as chief of cbs in september as le women came forward of alles of sexual misconduct. in a statement to nbc news overnight moonves' attorney said in part the conclusions of the cbs board were foreordainedend without merit. he criticized the leaks of the report adding mr. moonves denies any nonconsensual sexual relations and cooperated fully andh extensively w investigators. investigators say that harassment and retaliation are not pervasive at cbs, but that they learned of past incidents of improper and unpro official conduct. the company's historical policies, practices and structures have not reflected a high institutional authority on preventing harassment and retaliation.
