and there is a reward that leads to the arrest of his killer. hoidyesterday detectives arrested 16-year-old malik holston. police say he and a second person chased15 ear-old gerald watson and shot him several times last week. officers spent part of yesterday arching holton's apartment for evidence. it is just a block or two from where watson was shot and where family members held a vigil for him. libraries are supposed to be a safe place for learning. justin finch has the latest details. >> reporter: what a fright for th family and others who frequent the library here. a 5-ar-old girl telling her parent and police a man pulled

down her pant as and touched he inappropriately. e said i happened last saturday evening close to closing time. shean says this approached her, pulled down her pants very quickly and touched inappropriately. she ran over to her parents for help. ale screamed, theyd 911 but the man in this case was able to get away so right now montgomery county police has a special victims investigation team trying to sort this out, hopefully trying to catch the mante at the c of all of this, police saying they do have surveillance video showing a man lingering near the kids area before this attack was reported b they are still trying to hear from patrons and others who were here at the library last saturday in hopes of connecting the dots and finding the man that this girl says touched her last weekend. in rockville, i'm justin finch, news4. >> fort any parent there, a

scary, scary story. greenbelt police identified the victim of a late-night shooting. abdu abdul karim thomas was killed. we're learning more of an arrest where two men were arrested and involved inn assault and battery. they were involved in a fight outside a bar. they determined that nicholson and majuri hit the woman with the bottle. right now nicholson's status for satuay'same against the titans is unknown. oth chambers of congress
