a judge is expected to rule on the fate of the criminal case against him. nbc's stephanie gosk is at that cour. steph, good morning. >> reporter: hey, good morning, craig. yeah, thing hearing this mor is critical. one of the most serious charges against harvey instein has already been dropped leaving some to wonder if the criminal case against him is starting to fall apart. this morning a pretrial hearing could bring harvey weinstein's criminal case to a screechin halt. if the judge agrees with his high-powered defense team and drops the charges against him. as many as 100 women have accused the movie mowing of sebl misconduct, includinome of the most famous women in hollywood, angelina jolie, mcgo. it ignited the mooerz movem bey movie industry. the case in new york city, only criminal charges weinstein faces, stem from incidents with just two women. one who says he rapeder in
