mcnair's final practice back in may. the body cama footage scholes two univeofity polficers arriving at the team fieldhouse at 6:03 p according to the report reased in september, staff had called 911 about eight minutes rlier. larg portions of the footage are blacked out to protect information, cal but you can hear one officer's frustration as they wait for the medics to arve. >> they're moving [ bleep ] -- >> by 6:10, the ambulance finally arrives, but at the wrong entrane. officers tell the edics to go to the field. they finally left at 6:27 p.m., more than an hour after staff first called 911. the 19-year-old died two weeks ter in the hospital. the university president says th school takes legal and moral responsibility for mistakes staff made that led to his death.

a mother and daughte killed just after touring holiday decorations acrossey d.c. ere hit by a tour bus last night. we told you right here at 11:00. this happened near the national archives. news 4's jackie bensen spoke with another woman who h close call in that same intersection. jackie? >> reporter: well, jim, this incident happened not even 24 hours later. >> eastbound left turning bus heading north on 7th. obvisly had run the light, because they turned left as we were in the crosswalk and we had to jump backwards. >> reporter: by one, joan myers of alexandria tells news 4 the close call happened asdhe nother woman were crossing the intersection of pennsylvania avenue and 7th street northwest about 1:00 p.m. >> the walk light would not have signaled walk if that light had still been yellow. rs>> reporter: when m got home from work, she saw a news story

on tv that deeply seled her. two women were struck and killed by a tour bus at that same intersection last night. >> i was shocked, which is why i called channel 4 news immediately. it wasefinitely not a metro bus and it did not look like a tour ibus, because had a number on it. >> reporter: wednesday night's fatal collision left the town of skagway, alaska, without its mayor. she and her mother had just finished a tour of the white house. >> sheve lea some very large shoes to feel in a very small town where watch after each other very closely. >> reporter: last night's collision scene looks all to familiar to one tha happened at the same intersection in 2007. two women crossing pennsylvania avenue werd struck and kil a metro bus. the busy intersection on t historic street is darker than many in the downtown d.c. area. we noted three overhead street lights in and near the intersecoton that do nppear to be working.

right now, a prince george's county mother says she is in shock. >> she says her boyfriend set her on fire while she was pregnant with their child, but today, a jury acquitted that man on all the charges. >> prince george's county bureau chieracy wilkins has new reaction tonight. >> it's still har to believe that they found him not guilty on all counts. >> reporter: andrea in shock after a jury finds the man not guilty of all charges. >> now it leaves me, like, what about my safety? what am i supposed to do now? >> reporter: phillips was cused of setting andrea on fire while she was carrying his child. their daughter, journey, had to be delivered prematurely. phillips was charged with attempted murder, along with arson and assault charges. him not jury fou guilty of all charges. his attorney says the state did not have the evidence to win the case. >> my suspicions was that she set herself on fire and the

reason why i say that is because there was no gasoline found in the thtub, there was no dna, no fingerprts, none of h stories matched up, her medical records didn't even match t up wi things she was saying. >> reporter: phillips' attorney posted a series of facebook videos. >> she-- it turns myom h, i swear to god. >> reporter: andrea is promising to continue her fight against domestic violence. >> the only option we have now is to remain strong, because whether this go inur favor, or don't go in our favor, we still have to be strong. >> reporter: there was a second suspect and charged in connection to this case. toda a the state'orney told me they are going to re-evaluate that case and decide whether to move forward. phillips is expected to be released from jail tonight.

in upper marlboro, i'm tracy wilkins, news 4. polic in montgomery county are looking for at least two people after a man was shot during a carjacking. this afternoon, about 4:00, the two victims were approached i aspen hill. that's when they were threatened with a gun by the spects on ff r tree lane, just connecticut avenue. one suspect shot a victim in his lower body. police say then suspect the stole the victim's black hyundai s sonata. that victim is expected to be okay. oaktunnelmeon elemenry stud came home with a note today. 60 childrens missed class yesterday with vok manipulamiti diarrhea. even more students were absent today. the letter reminds parents to keep kids4 home until hours after the symptoms disappear. new at 11, trouble for d.c. council m jack evans. about. this is the surge of the warmer air and the winds. winds are gusting 20 to 30 miles an hour. over the nex couple of hours, they're going to increase possibly to 30 and 40 miles per hour, maybe a lhatle higher that. and that's why i think we could have a couple of trees down, just botause we've the saturated, wet ground out there. heavier rain over to martinsburg. look what's happening in the d.c. ea, towards leesburg. very heavy rain. that's out towards dullesai .rt, right along 15, out to route 50 in fairfax county, overo arlington and bethesda, heavier rain there. and the wider picture showing what reallyming. and watch right here, look at this. that line of showers and thunderstorms right there, making its way our way. mightot hear any thunder out of it, but it is storminess aloft, andt could bring down some wind. we'll see more of that in this area down to norfolk come through in the next few hours, too. between now a3:00 a.m. is when we could see the stronger winds. that's the biggest windnt pol. rainfall potential through the morning hours. take you hour by hour in just a second.

ok at the storm. the upper level low is way down here. i mean, it's simply amazing how much moistur and warmths being brought up towards our region. and that's why, as i said, the temperature shot up. look at this number. 60 right now. 60. it was cool all day today. ny of you were in the 30s. winds out of the southeast at 15 heles per hour. and notice green here. that is temperatures 50 degrees and above, allacross southeast maryland, all across parts of southeast virginia. degrees.wn up to 51 these numbers may go up more tonight. there's the 11:0 rain. 1:30, that's when i see that line, the heaveniest line come through with the heaviest potential for wind. it's out of here. more rain into tomorrow morning. a break et a bit of tomorrow. we see showers during the day, but it's not an all-da rain i told you tomorrow would be a better day to travel. but there is more rain comin . here's 4:00. most of the heavy rain to the west of washington and then another line, here's10:00, another line which could bring through heavier rainfall and avier wind again tomorrow
