ildren that age as well. all of it comes after a second migranthild has died in government custody. the second time this happened in less than a month. the search for answers this morning after the death of another migrant childn u.s. custody. overnight new details from customs and border protection which saysye an -old boy from guatemala died on christmas eve while under their care in n new mexico. t they say the boy was hospitalized, first diawiosed a common cold and 103 degree fever. he was released with an antibiotic prescription. hours later the boy felt nauseous and involvemented but the agency says his father declined further medical assistance because he was feeling better. afr feelingl lethargic and he boy was returned to the hospital losing consciousness on his wayhe. he died before midnight on chief. officialsog lged multiple

whole things still active. officials are worried the next tsunami might be just a matter of time. four days after the deadly tsunamis rescutill struggling to reach survivors and organize care for the injured and displaced. more than 20,000 people now refugees in their own country, huddle intadiums and tents, terrified for what's next. thisoo scared to go home, 11-year-old says. she has been here since sunday sn a temporary shelter with hundreds of oth waiting for word that it's safe to leave. the tsuna hit with no warning saturday night. she fled with her 7-year-old son. today they showed us what's left. clothes, son's toys, all of it gone. their ccks stopped at the exact time the tsunami hit.

complicate your trip home. dylan is in for al. >> we are looking at a little big. of everyth snow and some severe storms. we have winter weather alerts that stretch over 1,000 miles, mostly wintereather advisories. we could see blizzard warnings later today as this starts to increase and intensify. not because of just the snow but also the gusty winds we are going to see along with this storm, especially across nebraska, eastern north and south dakota and northwestern minnesota we could see weekenin gusts up to 35 miles per hour. that creates blowing snow and reduces visibility greatly. most of the snow is acrosshe nebraska and dakotas and the northern parts of minnesota. on the southern side t we have threat of very heavy rain and strong storms overnight. how muchngnow are we g to see? looks like a widespread six to ne inches. across eastern sthth dakota ere is a possibility it's closer to a foot and winds will stay gusty for at least thursday

into friday, too. so that could lead to blowing snow for severals. d on the severe side of this storm system we are looking at the threat for 19 million peoplcr especiallys eastern texas. the biggest threat for large hail, damaging winds, andos torn it's a squall line that's going to move eastward through the night.lo of those severe storms could happen overnight. the ground is saturated. add two to three inches of rain on top of that, we could see some nsignificant flooding. this morning more than 3,000 patients at an ambulatory center in new jersey may have been diseases, blood including hiv and hepatitis. officials acknowledged there were infection control issues and the cleaning of instruments and injections of medications. the state health department says no illnesses have been reported so far. it's urging patients who had procedures between january and ptember to have their blood tested as a precauti.
