and a 22-year-old killed by a stray bullet a he drove home from work. mark segraves joins with us the deils of an arrest in this case. olice just heard from chief peter newsom about two hours ago. he called this murder senseless. he said it happens all too often. innocent bystanders injured or killed because of stray buets. this was about 6:00 in the evening in october. shots rangut which shot roger marmet. police have charged 22-year-old barry marable with the murder. news4 spoke to him about his son. >> there was a spirit and a light in him that is lost.
