nbc's pet nbc's steve patters is in colorado. >> reporter: authorities have been tight-lipped about what lea them toe patrick frazee with first-degree murder, but they may be closer to answering how exactly berreth's cell phone ended up t moren 800 miles away in idaho.k patricrazee appeared for his daughter's custody hearing on thursday, made questions about his relationship wit a woman from idaho. law enforcement forces say they are looking at a 32-year-old nurse who possibly disposed of kelsey berreth's phot. the l sign of life from the missing colorado mom who was last seen thanksgiving day shopping with her 1-year-old daughter. the woman in question is reportedly from twin falls, idaho, not far from whererr h's phone pinged on november 26. the twin falls sheriff's office confirming to nbc news that they have served search warrants in the case. >> some evidence was directed and processed. >> reporter: prosecutors suggested others could be

involved. >> there potentially could be other people arrested in this case. >> reporter: a bod has yet to be found, but authorities no longer believe that the 29-year-old is alive offering two theories about berreth's death, each one represented by a count of first against berreth's fiance patrick frazee. one allegesth ber was killed deliberately. the other she died during a robbery he commissioned. frazee also faces three counts of t solicitat commit murder in the month leading up to berreth's disappearance. court documents n giving any details about who he approached or insight as to why prosecutors think frazee is responsible for his dfiance'seath. >> i can't really speak as to what mr. frazee hasdo . >> reporter: most facts in the case are still under seal. s investigatorll pursuing any and all information in the case. >> they have got a lig of investive leads, a number of interviews they want to do, a number of items they havello coect. >> is there anything you want to say? >> reporter: frazee and his lawyers aren't commenting on the
